EVANGELIST RICHARD MOORE  was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky (USA). When he was eighteen years old, he moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma (USA). Here, he faithfully attended Rhema Bible Training Center (RBTC) and graduated in 1985. After graduation, Brother Richard faithfully continued to study under Kenneth E. Hagin’s ministry for a total of five years. During his time there, Brother Richard met his lovely wife Ronda while she also was attending and studying at  RBTC. After Ronda graduated from RBTC in 1988, they were married.

Shortly after, Brother Richard personally had an encounter with the fire of God. The Lord spoke to the Moores and instructed them to take revival and the move of the Spirit across the nations. Since that time, wherever Brother Richard and Ronda go minister, the fire of God falls and the presence of the Lord continues to impact innumerable lives.

In the beginning few years of their ministry, as the Moores pursued their call together, Evangelist Richard and Ronda began working as Associate Pastors in upstate New York. They also supported and came alongside Evangelists Rodney and Adonica Howard-Browne. Then, in obedience to the direction of the Lord, the Moores ventured out to Louisville, KY (USA). In 1993, covered in faith, they established their non-profit, full-time itinerate ministry, which is currently known as: Voice of Revival (VOR).

To date, they have taken revival into 45 states and over 42 nations of the world. God has honored His word by blessing the revival meetings. The positive results due to their obedience have led VOR to participate in some powerful meetings, some of which have lasted up to seven weeks at a time with two services a day. Praise God!

Brother Richard & Ronda’s meetings are reminiscent of revivals in the past, where the glory of God becomes present and people become saturated in God’s presence. Following the preaching of the Word, every meeting is accompanied with salvations, mighty signs, wonders and miracles. On an average, Richard will minister to over 250 meetings a year. Brother Richard and Ronda, along with their daughter Sarah Sue,  are committed to spreading revival to the churches, highways and byways, and also bringing Jesus to every nation, every city, and every heart.

RONDA MOORE was born and raised in Milford, Ohio. She grew up in a traditional Lutheran home. However, in her mid-teens, Ronda’s life was dramatically changed when she attended a Pentecostal Charismatic Church. It was there, where she received Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior and where she received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost.

Throughout Ronda’s life, the favor of God has been upon her and she was able to impact those around her from a very young age. In high school, Ronda was nominated as the Student Council Class President and at her senior year graduation ceremony, she had the opportunity to speak as one of the Valedictorian Commencement speakers.

Ronda knew she had the call of God on her life. Therefore, she began pursuing various ministry opportunities. She stepped out in faith and moved to Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona, where she participated for two years in a ministry by the name of: A Christian Ministry in the National Parks (ACMNP).

After graduating with a Bible degree from RBTC, Ronda continued to seek God’s will for her life. On two separate occasions, Ronda accepted the ministerial opportunity to serve as the Children’s Pastor for two very prominent churches in North America. After accepting these positions, Ronda continued to develop extensive experience in overseeing the day to day operations of various children’s departments, children’s ministries, Sunday schools, as well as summer VBS, and day camps. On occasion, she would teach in school chapels. Furthermore, her experience encompasses many children’s seminars and ladies’ meetings. Ronda has obtained additional experience by working diligently alongside her husband in healing school and singles’ ministries.

PASTOR MIKE GATES; Outreach/Evangelism Pastor. Currently, Pastor Mike is steadfastly pastoring a church in Kilmarnock,Virgina and is actively involved in the Prison Ministry. Pastor Mike faithfully joins our team and supports the Voice of Revival mandate. With extensive training in Prison and Pastorial ministry, during our busy itinerate schedule, Pastor Mike travels with Voice of Revival and teaches congregations and individuals about outreach and Evangelism and shows them how to “take it to the streets”.
